∎ Executive and Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales).
∎ Franklin Floortech- one of the leading companies in construction chemical and industrial flooring sector.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-based but anywhere in Bangladesh according to the requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products.
∎ Ensure individual sales targets set by departmental head are met
∎ Recording Client information & reporting to superior.
∎ To build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Prepare daily work report.
∎ To prepare Monthly target and also monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection individuals.
∎ To act as a pro-active team player and increase the sales volume through efficient marketing.
∎ Gather competitor information/activities
∎ Recording Client information & reporting to Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 years. Experience in Construction Chemical and Floor industries will provide you extra benefits in viva.
∎ To be specified after selection.
∎ Must have sound physical health.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to take responsibility.
∎ Self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working, and willing to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Positive mental attitude.
