∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,MCSA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, MS Exchange Server
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance Desktop/Laptop, hardware, software, network drive, printers and other IT appliances;
∎ Coordinate with software vendor and monitor POS software for all retail outlets;
∎ Monitor POS solution operation and reports for any faults/bug to related service provider;
∎ CCTV System and attendance device monitoring and take necessary action if found any problem.
∎ Check network operation in retail outlets,corporate,factory and consult and solution with service provider for any difficulties.
∎ Train up POS operators on proper use of software and take precaution in any difficulties.
∎ Maintain, review and improve the internal IT standards and system used within Sailor;
∎ Maintain necessary audit & IT related documentation for Sailor;
∎ Ensure smooth running of all IT equipment and services within Sailor;
∎ Ensure IT related assignment by the management;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Must have working experienced in ICT with large Textile/ Garments industry.
∎ Must have experience in active directory and MS Exchange Server
∎ Must have good English communication & presentation skill.
∎ Charming personality & team player.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
Salary: Negotiable
