Responsibilities & Context:
Management & Administration:
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food ordering, receiving and maintained to required hygiene standards.
Implement and enforce facility policies regarding staff attendance, discipline, hygiene and code of conduct.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient performance and team collaboration.
Monitor equipment functionality and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
Customer Development & Chain System Promotion:
Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
Promote chain system expansion strategies in alignment with brand goals.
Identify and implement chain policy models, giving high priority to experienced personnel in chain development.
Support growth of outlet numbers under a consistent brand and operational model.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives for catering services and outlets.
Schedule and manage service timelines, delivery planning and special dining or corporate events.
Communicate with clients to customize services as per their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain regular reports on:
Food inventory and supply usage.
Sales performance and customer feedback.
Staff attendance, conduct and disciplinary actions.
Waste and recycling records.
Equipment maintenance logs.
Submit reports to management in a timely and accurate manner.
