Job Responsibilities:
∎ » Min 5 years work experience as an admin and Accounts executive
∎ » Preparing monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
∎ » Preparing weekly/Daily cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
∎ » Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
∎ » Manage obligations to suppliers/customers/third-party vendors
∎ » Contact students and ensure timely payments
∎ » Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
∎ » Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
∎ » Visit to different office for official presentation and information sharing
∎ » Visit to BTEB, SEIP and various other govt. or private institutions for official purpose
∎ » Knowledge of VAT, TAX, RJSC and City Corporation related work
∎ » Good Computer Knowledge
∎ » Expert in Word, Excel, PPT
∎ » Good knowledge on email etiquette, document preparation and filling
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Our hands-on training by the direct supervision of International standard Chef makes the candidates more knowledgeable, versatile and skillful. Our alumni students made a strong foothold in the culinary industry of Bangladesh. Many of them start their own business and contribute to the country`s economy directly. Besides the private program, ITICA is also working with the Government of the People`s Republic of Bangladesh to train and enhance skills of the youth through the SEIP project.
