Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing daily transactions.
∎ Managing cash flow in a way to allow business to operate effectively.
∎ Maintain banking and corporate relationships.
∎ Depositing money or cheque received and issuing money receipts and maintaining, transferring money between bank accounts.
∎ Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.
∎ Maintaining accounts system.
∎ Preparing the financial report with the relevant accounting standard.
∎ Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
∎ Preparing accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
∎ Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
∎ Monitoring and analysis of payroll, salary, and wages.
∎ Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
∎ Proficiency in Tally Prime.
