Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M. Com in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Insurance.
∎ CA-CC is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Overall Accounting aspects of the concern with a systematic, effective & efficient way.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka/Narayangonj/Chattogram/Rajshahi (Please mention your desire Location)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction.
∎ Expose financial operation, reporting, and develop internal system.
∎ Understand taxation policy and assist to lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Understanding financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with clients, Tax Department to deal Tax related issues.
∎ Dealing audit matter with the audit team in a routine manner to improve systems.
∎ Assist to develop internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company’s ERP system.
∎ Prepare and input data for the management and ERP automation.
∎ Any other relevant task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have practical experience at least 5 years on related job.
∎ Candidate from same group (Agro based company) will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ Accounting & VAT, Commercial/Export-Import, International Trade, Dealing big LC & Agro Industrial products etc.
