Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & Reconciliation party Ledger and other relevant documents.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, disburse salary and check all relevant documents.
∎ Check office bill and make sure approval before all kinds of payments.
∎ Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates.
∎ Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
∎ Coordinating internal and external audits.
∎ Posting and adjustment of Cash/Bank & Journal Vouchers in Accounting Software Tally ERP-9.
∎ Yearly/Half-Yearly Physical stock counting & Product Costing.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by superior.
