Responsibilities & Context:

Context: We are seeking an Executive for Account Department. This role requires expertise in Account related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.

  • Handle day-to-day accounts operations including payable, receivable, billing, and reconciliation.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.

  • Support internal and external audit processes with required schedules and documents.

  • Verify vendor bills, payment vouchers, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare tax, VAT, and other statutory reports as per regulations.

  • Coordinate with the finance and operation departments for smooth financial operations.

  • Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.

  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
