Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare a complete work plan of mechanical maintenance & development work.
∎ Supervise all sewing machine repair & mechanical installation work.
∎ Supervise all mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper records.
∎ Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
∎ Conduct Mechanical safety training on regular basis all Garments Machineries.
∎ Any other job assigned by the reporting officer.
∎ Ensure supervising all maintenance staff.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation
∎ For maintenance of Sewing production machine, Monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the Maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machine and equipment’s across the Unit
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis accordingly
∎ To ensure overall operational and maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment for smooth operation as well as to provide mechanical safety, meet up compliance requirement.
∎ To coordinate with maintenance, Purchase department and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production.
∎ Supervise & monitor mechanical materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance support

∎ Job Responsibilities
