Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com/MBA (Major in Accounting), CA Course Completed (CC) candidate will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare & post daily journals, to reconcile general ledger & subsidiary accounts and posting to software (Tally)
∎ Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and other Financial Reports
∎ To check and ensure that Suppliers payments are accurate and all payments are properly authorized.
∎ To ensure compliance with VAT, Tax laws in procurement of goods, services, and works
∎ Preparation and submission of Monthly VAT Return, Withholding Tax Return and other legal report submission to different authority.
∎ Preparation of Bangladesh Bank Quarterly FDI return
∎ Verify Closing Stock Report with MC register & physical goods.
∎ Liaising with Audit Firms to ensure timely completion of Annual and Monthly Audits; Settlement of all Audit objection
∎ • RJSC Annual Filing
∎ Maintain the PF Account
∎ Liaising with Income Tax Practitioners regarding Corporate Tax matters
∎ To verify the accuracy of internal records & check for mismanagement, waste & fraud.
∎ Any other job assigned by the company management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Dynamic, Pro-active, and mentally prepared to work after office hour and during week-end. EPZ experience will get priority. Good English Communication Skill particularly in e-mail communication. Expert User of Microsoft Excel. Hands-on Experience of using Tally Software. Physically and emotionally capable of handling work stress.
∎ The applicants should have experience in: Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Cash Management, TDS & VDS rule, Accounting Software (Tally-ERP).
∎ Knowledge in Tally (ERP) Software and any other renowned ERP
∎ Sound knowledge in Windows operation system

Salary: Negotiable
