Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working along with auditors to produce relevant documentation during financial audits Assisting in the management of accounts receivable, including client billing and payment collection Helping to create financial reports and statements as needed by management and regulatory bodies Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets Ensuring accuracy by comparing bank statements and other financial accounts Helping to process accounts payable invoices and make sure that vendors get paid on schedule Creating and keeping up-to-date records of all financial activities, including invoices and costs Preparing journal entries and reconciliations to assist the month-end and year-end closure processes
