Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working along with auditors to produce relevant documentation during financial audits
∎ Assisting in the management of accounts receivable, including client billing and payment collection
∎ Helping to create financial reports and statements as needed by management and regulatory bodies
∎ Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
∎ Ensuring accuracy by comparing bank statements and other financial accounts
∎ Helping to process accounts payable invoices and make sure that vendors get paid on schedule
∎ Creating and keeping up-to-date records of all financial activities, including invoices and costs
∎ Preparing journal entries and reconciliations to assist the month-end and year-end closure processes
∎ Working along with auditors to produce relevant documentation during financial audits
