Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
∎ Handle internal and external account inquiries.
∎ Handle petty cash.
∎ Use ERP/accounting software for financial data management.
∎ Conduct regular internal audits and prepare financial statements.
∎ Monitor staff advances, loans, and reconciliation reports.
∎ Ensure timely payments of company expenses and credit card dues.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
∎ Maintain purchase, inventory, and expense tracking.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with standard accounting practices, including Income Tax and VAT (conventional).
