∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Paint, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book and other relevant registers
∎ To manage day-to-day accounting records including Tally entries & Ledger / Party ledger book.
∎ Should have to maintain the daily accounts and prepare the daily financial reports with in the day
∎ TDS & VDS deducts from supplier bills & preparation of Challan for payment
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions and daily transactions
∎ Enter all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions in Tally
∎ Reconcile the transactions of Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable & payable etc
∎ Ensure bills and voucher checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline
∎ To proper maintenance sales & collection records with the organization's policy
∎ To prepare & check cash vouchers/bank vouchers with supporting papers are prepared properly
∎ To maintain day to day bank reconciliation statement by proper checking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Creative, proactive thinking and problem-solving attitude.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
