Accounting Software, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check bills vouchers and make sure entry as per accounting standard along with company's ongoing policy duly project requirement.
∎ To follow-up the store in and out status along with maintaining proper record in inventory and fixed asset registers books along ensuring periodically inventory.
∎ To prepare bill Invoice/ Debit Note/ others bills and ensure to submit it to our Customers/Clients in time.
∎ To check order status with the bills and GRN/ Goods in record and ensure and all bills record and proceed for further procedure of payment in right manner
∎ To check the Bills Vouchers for payment and adjustment with provisional Journal entry.
∎ To maintain daily cash books, ledger books along with maintaining source of fund and application of fund in right manner.
∎ To submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly fund demand for site office and submit it the concerned head.
∎ Any others assignment if given by reporting supervisors/ management time to time
