Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of monthly receipts & payments statement on monthly basis.
∎ To maintain and update Sales Ledger on daily basis·
∎ To maintain purchase Ledger and update on daily basis·
∎ To maintain stock ledger in software and update on daily basis.
∎ To prepare debit and credit voucher and entry in Tally on daily basis.·
∎ To prepare Day book and entry in Tally Software on daily basis.
∎ To prepare salary sheet for all Branch on fortnightly and monthly basis·
∎ To prepare Factory Wages sheet, disburse and entry in software on weekly basis.
∎ To keep record in file of showroom rent receipts on monthly basis.
∎ To update VAT registration information on required basis.·
∎ To prepare Cost of goods sold report on require basis.
∎ To deal with Bank and other Financial Institution related affairs·
∎ To analyze and control the daily expenditure.
∎ To prepare of Bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.·
∎ To prepare POS machine report for submission of VAT return.
∎ To prepare Cash Summary Statement on Daily Basis
∎ To prepare Bank Transaction Summary on Daily Basis
∎ To Follow up and Monitoring Internet Banking·
∎ To Keep record all necessary file on Daily basis·
∎ To prepare Inter Project reconciliation on monthly basis.
∎ To prepare party ledger reconciliation and ageing on monthly basis·
∎ To any other work as required by the departmental head.
