∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Super store, E-commerce, Grocery shop, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily voucher preparation and maintain (Debit/credit)
∎ Process all the bills including Conveyance and others
∎ Daily update all the income and expense in the software
∎ Payment disburse to all vendors/parties
∎ Payment receives from all parties
∎ Profit and loss preparation
∎ Balance sheet preparation
∎ Salary sheet preparation
∎ Bank reconciliation
∎ Credit Card and online payment reconciliation
∎ Coordinate with bKash
∎ Office administration
∎ Office assets management
∎ New employee Recruitment and appointment
∎ Employee file maintenance for the existing employees (Attendance, leave, performance etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Need to have basic knowledge on Accounting Software - Quick Books
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of six month probation period.
