∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ North South University,East West University,BRAC University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC, ACCA
∎ Training/Trade Course: VAT and TAX TRAINING,QUICKBOOKS TRAINING

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily voucher preparation and maintain (Debit/credit)
∎ Process all the bills including Conveyance and others
∎ Daily update all the income and expense in the software Quickbooks Pro
∎ Payment disburse to all vendors/parties
∎ Payment receives from all parties
∎ Profit and loss preparation
∎ Balance sheet preparation
∎ Salary sheet preparation
∎ Bank reconciliation
∎ Credit Card and online payment reconciliation
∎ Coordinate with bKash, Rocket, Nagad.
∎ Office administration
∎ Office assets management
∎ New employee Recruitment and appointment
∎ Employee file maintenance for the existing employees (Attendance, leave, performance etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have basic knowledge on Accounting Software - Quick Books

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of six month probation period.
