Education:

    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

  • Professional certifications (CA/ACCA/CMA partly qualified) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Role:

The Executive – Accounts & Admin will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax requirements, and managing general office administration to support smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (vouchers, ledgers, journals, cash/bank books).

  • Process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments on time.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.

  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Maintain vendor and service provider records (contracts, payments, renewals).

Administration:

  • Manage daily office administration including supplies, utilities, and maintenance.

  • Maintain HR and employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).

  • Coordinate recruitment processes and assist with onboarding.

  • Support management in meetings, events, and official correspondence.

  • Ensure office discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies.

  • Maintain vendor and service provider records (contracts, payments, renewals).

  • Provide administrative support across departments as required.
