∎ Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and real estate finance.
∎ Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts including ledger, journal, cash book, and bank book.
∎ Prepare customer ledgers, project-wise income and expenditure statements.
∎ Handle project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
∎ Assist with day-to-day accounting transactions and documentation.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain financial records in ERP/Tally.
∎ Support internal/external audits and prepare required documentation.
∎ Coordinate with sales, project, and legal teams for financial documentation related to clients and vendors.
∎ Any Others job assign by management.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge in real estate accounting and be capable of maintaining financial accuracy under pressure.
