Education and Experiences:
03 years in relevant field for B.Sc Engineer (Civil) or 05 years in relevant field for Diploma Engineer (Civil).
High degree of personal integrity and commitment to business ethics.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepares and estimates budget costs (BOQ, MOQ and rate analysis) for construction by studying plans and specifications.
Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
Works closely with architects, engineers and other professionals.
Schedules meetings with consultants, contractors and project staffs.
