Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with ZOHO and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
• Change management and end-user training experience.

Requirements:

•  Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Completed A Levels (Cambridge/Edexcel or equivalent).
• Proven experience implementing software solutions, ideally ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with foreign software providers.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
