Job Summary:
Mohammadi Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join its Finance & Accounts Division as ERP Accountants (Executive level). The successful candidates will play a key role in executing core financial and accounting functions within the organization’s ERP system. This full-time position is primarily responsible for managing accounting operations related to loans, procurement, export receivables, and B2B/inventory accounting for the Group’s apparel divisions.
The ERP Accountant will be expected to monitor and analyze financial data from the ERP platform, validate transactional accuracy, generate reports, and present insights to senior management. The role supports strategic decision-making and helps align the financial operations with the organization’s goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain credit/loan information in ERP, including PC, CM, STL, OD & documentary purchases.
Verify transaction documents for completeness and accuracy prior to ERP entry.
Record intercompany loan transactions within the ERP system.
Create and update supplier bill payable provisions in ERP.
Process and record cheque and RTGS payments to local suppliers.
Review and update weekly bank statements (CD, OD, FDR, STD) with applicable charges in ERP.
Enter export-related FDBC (Foreign Documentary Bill Collection) receivables against specific invoices in ERP.
Record FDBC payment transactions and associated bank charges accurately in the ERP.
Monitor and post charges from daily/weekly bank statements (including FC accounts and realization sheets) to ERP.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and loan balances.
Perform intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Verify and enter IFDBC/LC (Import Financing Documentary Bill Collection / Letter of Credit) payment details in ERP.
