Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla - Chittagong dialect is a must
Previous working experience in Rohingya response as a data collector.
Knowledge of humanitarian principles and willingness to work in Rohingya response is required.
Attention to the details of the data collection processes.
Ability to work independently and confidence to visit households inside the camps.
Computer literacy to be able to work on smartphone-based data collection applications.
Good facilitation skills.
Good communication skills and experience in participatory methodology.
Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Dedicated to completing each day`s work and target assigned by the supervisors.
Time management skills.
Positive attitudes and willingness to learn.
