Job Description: Enterprise Sales Officer (ESO)

Role Summary We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive our B2B sales operations. You will be the face of our company, interacting directly with individual customers to promote our services (SIM, packages, digital promotions, etc.) and achieving daily/monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Proactively approach individual customers, explain product benefits, and close sales on the spot.

• Field Operations: Conduct field visits to high-traffic areas or residential clusters to maximize reach.

• Customer Relationship: Understand customer needs and suggest the best-fitting packages or services.

• Target Achievement: Strictly follow daily and weekly sales quotas to ensure revenue growth.

• Reporting: Submit daily activity reports including the number of sales, customer feedback, and area coverage.

• Brand Promotion: Actively promote company campaigns and offers to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum HSC passed.

• Experience: Previous experience in direct sales (SIM, FMCG, or retail) is an advantage, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.

• Communication: Excellent ability to convince customers in the local language (Bengali/Chittagonian dialect).

• Personality: Must be hard-working, mobile, and willing to work in the field.

• Tech Literacy: Ability to use basic smartphones for data entry, WhatsApp, and digital reporting.
