Job Responsibilities:
∎ Curriculum Development: Design and develop age-appropriate English language curricula that align with the institution's educational objectives and cater to the developmental needs of children. Incorporate engaging activities, games, and interactive materials to make learning enjoyable.
∎ Teacher Management: Hire, train, and supervise English language instructors who specialize in teaching children. Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure they are equipped with effective teaching strategies for young learners.
∎ Course Planning and Scheduling: Plan the schedule of English courses for kids, considering factors such as class size, teacher availability, and student preferences. Ensure that classes are well-organized and run smoothly.
∎ Student Assessment: Implement assessments and evaluation methods to monitor the progress of young learners. Analyze student performance and provide feedback to teachers and parents regarding their language development.
∎ Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents to update them on their child's progress, address any concerns, and share strategies for supporting language learning at home.
∎ Classroom Environment: Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters language acquisition, creativity, and emotional well-being for kids.
∎ Educational Resources: Ensure the availability of age-appropriate educational resources, such as books, games, multimedia materials, and language learning tools, to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Fun and Educational Activities: Organize fun and educational activities, events, and workshops that engage children in language learning outside of regular classes.
∎ Technology Integration: Explore and integrate technology into the language learning process to make it more engaging and effective for kids.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the English language courses for kids and gather feedback from students, parents, and teachers. Use this feedback to make necessary improvements to the courses.
∎ Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with other departments, academic staff, or external stakeholders to promote English language courses for children and explore opportunities for partnerships and joint initiatives.
