Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Creative Concepts and Solutions
∎ Deliver copy content for specific digital campaigns, projects and services
∎ Create progressive and creative digital concepts from ideation to final execution
∎ Write appealing copy that attracts, inspires and engages our consumers throughout their journey and helps them using bKash
∎ Review copy and concepts and contribute to creative direction
∎ Creative Standards
∎ Develop digital-first copy (and translations) guidelines and drive implementation through templates and toolkits, enabling global consistency and raising the quality of execution.
∎ Conduct creative reviews and create brand consistency across all copy deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
∎ Drive continuous improvements and pro-actively initiate new projects to elevate copy deliverables.
∎ Keep up to date with trends in digital technologies and copywriting and share findings with the creative team.
∎ Contribute to the digital creative community by sharing and incorporating best practices.
∎ Creative Consultation & Collaboration
∎ Consult stakeholders on digital copywriting by providing examples of innovative solutions for new digital creative concepts.
∎ Present concepts and copy to stakeholders and support work with a clear rational and recommendations. Challenge stakeholders and business owners to ensure optimized solutions for our consumer, business and brand.
∎ understand business needs and collaborate with the digital key briefers and partners, and Marketing teams to create effective copywriting solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ At least 6-7 years of experience in Creative Digital and Brand Marketing preferably within relevant sector (Telecom, Financial Institutions, etc.).
∎ More than 1-year experience as a copy supervisor.
∎ Key Skills: writing skill for brand advertising and communication
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Clear Knowledge about marketing communication
∎ Expert on Bangla Academy Dictionary & Oxford English Dictionary
∎ Works closely and brainstorms with the internal and external team to develop an overall plan to meet campaign/project objectives.
∎ Develop exceptional and well-crafted original copy
∎ Clear knowledge about creative production (film and photography)
∎ Develop content for day to day operation
∎ Writing skill for app, website, blog article and SEO
∎ Soft Skill:
∎ Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
∎ Creative writer with consumer behavioral knowledge
∎ Consistency in tone of voice while maintaining a creative approach
∎ Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for digital creative & copywriting
∎ Good relationship and people management skills
