Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø Manage the spare part store organization, space utilization, movements and control of stocks
∎ Ø Ensure and maintain proper inventory system and all parts issued/received are promptly reflected in ERP software
∎ Ø Control incoming spares, equipment and tools by checking brand, quality, model and quantity against the actual Purchase Requisition.
∎ Ø Establish strong working coordination with the workshop key staff
∎ Ø Produce stock analyses, documents, and reports upon request of management.
∎ Ø Establish spare part purchasing request to recomplete the stock
∎ Ø Keep the store clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and work areas
