Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise inventory management system at stores.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks is properly received and checked with each order of merchandisers.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
∎ Produce daily/weekly stock reports regularly.
∎ Supervise the goods spare parts receiving process (GRN) and find out damage/short/Excess items.
∎ Ensure proper stocking and all moving items availability.
∎ Identify spares physically which needs to order and report them to proper channel.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Modern inventory management software.
∎ Periodic planning on parts inventory and requirement.
∎ Abedin Equipment Limited is one of the most growing concerns that is engaged in import, marketing, distribution and after sales service of Agricultural Machineries, Power tools in Bangladesh. We are looking for an Engineer for our Spare Parts Warehouse who will be responsible for monitoring spare parts stock and inventory management.
∎ The incumbent is expected to perform following activities.
