  • 2-5 years of experience in a factory environment (chemical processing or electrical/mechanical maintenance).

  • Good knowledge of chemical processes (if chemical side) and electrical/electronic systems (if EEE side).

  • Ability to read and interpret process diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring layouts.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliability.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Willingness to work in a factory setting and adhere to safety protocols.

About Us: Sultan Oil Ind Ltd is a manufacturing facility specializing in [brief description of the business: e.g., Lubrican Manufacture,. We are seeking a skilled and responsible engineer who can work in a factory environment, oversee production and electrical systems, and ensure smooth operations.

Location: Factory (Narayanganj)

Role Summary: As a Chemical & EEE Engineer you will be responsible for both chemical process oversight and electrical/electronic systems in the factory. You will monitor production processes, maintain electrical machinery and equipment, ensure safety and efficiency, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control chemical processes, raw materials, and quality in production lines.
  • Oversee maintenance and operation of electrical equipment, motors, control panels, wiring, automation (where applicable).
  • Analyze process and electrical performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure safety compliance: chemical safety, electrical safety, factory regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality assurance teams to ensure uptime and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, electrical system status, process deviations, improvement proposals.
  • Assist in installation or commissioning of new equipment or process lines.
  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery and chemical process equipment.
