Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets by promoting lubricant products in the assigned territory
Identify and acquire new customers, including workshops, retailers, and corporate clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients / dealers / distributors
Provide technical support and present product benefits, explaining how lubricant products meet customer needs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings as per tour plan
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to management
Perform all sales and marketing tasks in accordance with company policy
