Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Food Security, Disaster Management or Agricultural Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure rapid response issues are timely addressed and confirmed food for the beneficiaries in time with regular communication with WFP, SM, Protection sector and others.
∎ Organize food distribution engaging community as well as partner staff
∎ Keep all record of HEB and commodities and prepare reports on Rapid response with HEB and HOT meal.
∎ Keep well contact with SM, Protection and donor to get clear information and to response.
∎ Quick response to any in any natural disaster or emergency situation
∎ Form or activate emergency response team and keep coordination with them
∎ Arrange logistics for availability of food for rapid response.
∎ Closely monitor the COVID-19 Compliance
∎ Coordinate and liaison the Cash Distribution of different project and reporting
∎ Participate different sectoral meeting like as FSS, LSDS etc.
∎ Assist Sector Lead of FSLR in coordination with sector, Govt. departments, conducting assessment and in proposal development
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of emergency response and project implementation
∎ Familiar with and abide by the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, the People in Aid Code, HAP, Core Humanitarian standards
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Proven skill in report writing
∎ Experience in Managing Commodity management and distribution in Relief / Refugee / Food Security/Livelihood/Emergency context is an added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
