• স্কুল বা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বৈদ্যুতিক ব্যবস্থা সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা পছন্দনীয়।
• স্বাধীনভাবে কাজ করার এবং দক্ষতার সাথে সমস্যা সমাধানের ক্ষমতা থাকা।
• শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ এবং নিরাপদে বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম।
• বাংলায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকা একটি সুবিধা।
• দায়িত্ববোধ, শৃঙ্খলা এবং সততার উচ্চ বোধ।
• ইংরেজি মাধ্যম বা ইসলামী প্রতিষ্ঠানে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের পছন্দনীয়।
