- শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ এবং নিরাপদে বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম।
- বাংলায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকা একটি সুবিধা।
- দায়িত্ববোধ, শৃঙ্খলা এবং সততার উচ্চ বোধ।
- ইংরেজি মাধ্যম বা ইসলামী প্রতিষ্ঠানে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের পছন্দনীয়।
