• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Good Communication skills,
• Good typing speed in Bangla and English.
• Computer Skill: Operating Autocad Software, Understand SLD, LPS & other's electrical drawing.

• Assist to prepare a complete work plan for Electrical/ Mechanical Maintenance & development work besides supervising all Electrical/Mechanical installation work, Electrical/Mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper record for showing RSC audit.

• To carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & mechanical part of the plant.

• Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system and other areas of plant to minimize the consumption machinery inside the factory.

• The candidate needs to conduct day to day functions of all electrical & mechanical works of most modern machinery.

• Supervise a team of Electrical/Mechanical and utility staff, providing leadership and guidance.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for Electrical/Mechanical systems and utility equipment to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot Electrical/Mechanical and utility-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all Electrical/Mechanical and utility operations.

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
