Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
Develop and expand Dealer, Retailer, and Sales networks.
Visit markets regularly to monitor sales activities, product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the market for company’s electric products.
Maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Retailers and Key customers.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the assigned territory.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Dealers to ensure timely product supply.
Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and sales forecasts for management.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Handle customer/dealer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Guide, supervise, and motivate Sales Representatives/Field Sales Teams to achieve targets.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies, promotions, and campaigns.
