Experience:
Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all production units.
Monitor and maintain control panels, PLC systems, and automation equipment.
Coordinate with production teams to optimize machine performance and energy use
Ensure all electrical systems comply with national safety standards and factory regulations.
Maintain documentation for electrical inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
Implement safety protocols and conduct training for electrical safety awareness.
Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects
Recommend energy-saving solutions and support sustainability initiatives for smooth operation.
Ensure effective operations and preventive-corrective measurement of all electric equipment’s including Substation of 33KVA & 11KVA, AC & DC motor, drives, panel boards, PLCs, and compressor
Maintain job cards for records of breakdowns, root cause analyses and corrective measurements for future references
Prepare daily management reports: power consumption, critical equipment / critical spare parts status, other activities etc.
He has to know the corporate,factory,shipbuilder and marin, Neval related operation.
·Others task will be assigned by BOD and hire authority.
