∎ Manage and mentor a team of counsellors, ensuring yearly targets are met.
∎ Provide expert guidance on education and visa processes, especially for the UK & Australia.
∎ Oversee visa and immigration applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
∎ Ensure students receive accurate and up-to-date information about universities, programs, and entry requirements.
∎ Assist students in making informed career and study choices aligned with their goals.
∎ Address challenges related to student applications and provide solutions.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline visa documentation and submissions.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
∎ Align counselling strategies with the company’s long-term business goals.
