Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling/ guidance the students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, and scholarships.
∎ Managing and assist the language training program. Coordinate students with IELTS, Japanese and Korean Language training, exam, classes and overall assessment
∎ Assist with activities to promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company and/or provide the most suitable study options to students based on their profile, needs & aspirations.
∎ Guiding students with applications and forwarding student applications to universities.
∎ Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the office for counseling.
∎ Meet foreign university delegates.
∎ Representing the company during fairs and events.
∎ Liaising with universities and university officers.
∎ Chase with the universities regarding offer letters, academic unconditional, and CAS letters.
∎ Processing offers and CAS letters.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on leads, conversations, payment, CAS, and visa status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience in educational counseling, preferably in a counseling role.
∎ Strong knowledge of academic programs, admission processes, and career development.
∎ Excellent counseling and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and families.
∎ In-depth understanding of international education systems and study abroad opportunities.
∎ Knowledge of scholarships, financial aid, and funding options for higher education.
∎ Familiarity with college admission tests, such as SAT, PTE, and IELTS.
∎ Proficiency in utilizing counseling tools, software, and online resources.
∎ Leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior counselors.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student populations.
