Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Early Childhood Care and Development ECDECCE certificate course.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in developing the ECCD manual, SOP, guidelines etc.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of child care centers and caregivers.
∎ performance activities and ensure the quality of the caregiving centers.
∎ Coordinate with concerned government departments, development partners and other stakeholders at the district, upazila and union/village level for quality control of the implementation of the program.
∎ Help organize and conduct training, workshops and meetings at local, upazila and district levels.
∎ Provide technical support and conduct research on ECCD curriculum development.
∎ Manage ECCD team members at the field level.
∎ Provide regular progress reports on activities of child care centers and caregivers to the Program Coordinator.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the community and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Convene team meetings to ensure the quality of field-level ECCD activities.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as advised by the BSA/Project/Appointing NGO/CBO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Attach ECD/ECCE certificate course.
Salary: Negotiable
