Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Early Childhood Care and Development ECDECCE certificate course.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor field-level activities, especially child care center activities.
∎ Manage the community volunteers and other team members.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the community and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with village and union-level stakeholders.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of the Caregiver and Assistant Caregivers at the community level.
∎ Help to prepare progress reports on field activities regularly.
∎ Assist ECCD-Officer in conducting training, workshops, and meetings at the village and union level.
∎ Provide support for ECCD curriculum development.
∎ Keep daily summary records regarding activities of the day.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as advised by the BSA/Project/Appointing NGO/CBO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Attach ECD/ECCE certificate course.

Salary: Negotiable
