Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor field activities relating to swim-safe.
∎ Manage the community volunteers and other team members.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the community and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with village and union-level stakeholders.
∎ Help to prepare progress reports on field activities of swim-safe regularly.
∎ Assist the Program Coordinator in conducting training, workshops and meetings at the village and union level.
∎ Provide support for swim-safe curriculum development.
∎ Keep daily summary records regarding activities of the day.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as advised by the BSA/Project/Appointing NGO/CBO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
