Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Masters Degree is preferable on (International Relations, Public Administration, Sociology, Economics or any relevant Subjects) from a Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising agencies, Bangla typing, BIJOY, Content writing, Copy writing/ Script Writing, EGP Tendering Expert, English writing, Project proposal writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributing to project process through innovative & creative research.
∎ Preparing technical Reports, Proposals, Summaries, Translations, Protocols.
∎ Preparing Expression of Interest (EOI) to promote services, Project Proposal (PP), Request for Proposal (RFP) & e-gp.
∎ Creative writing such as content development, idea generation, idea implementation, script writing.
∎ Developing creative ideas and concepts in terms of writing Web Content, Annual Reports, Banner and Festoons, Speeches and Calendars.
∎ Amending, revising or redeveloping advertisements or campaign strategies in response to feedback from the clients.
∎ Attending bid meetings outside office.
∎ Conducting field visits outside Dhaka when needed.
∎ Generating creative ideas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specialization in media and social communication.
∎ Flexible, analytical and collaborative.
∎ Creative thinking and problem solving.
∎ Effective planning, organizing and executing the projects.
∎ Strong command over free hand English writing.
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
∎ Ability of multitasking is expected.
∎ Strong proficiency in understanding, speaking and writing in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong competencies on MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Command over Bangla Typing (Bijoy) is desirable.
∎ Experience in working in research and first-hand experience about the works of the development organizations.
