Job Context:

Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance as Executive/Sr. Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magneto, Woo Commerce, etc.).

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and sales.

• Analyze data and metrics to assess performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.

• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid ads.

• Ensure an efficient user experience, including managing navigation, content, and checkout processes.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners for logistics and payment integration.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and technologies to improve performance and sales.

• Any others task given by management.
