• English Fluency. At least 1 year or more experience in glob e-commerce platforms (excellent new graduates with internship experience may also be offered).

• Be familiar with delivery fulfillment options. Take photos and PS first.

• Have done cross-border product development as a priority;

• Has the ability to analyze data and has strong learning ability; Logical thinking and strong understanding; The work was planned and well executed.

Work Hour: Weekly one day holiday.

7.30am to 12.30pm, 1.30pm to 5.30pm

We are hiring E-commerce Platform Operations to work at our Dhaka Office.

Temu, Amazon (Shein, TK shop) operation work content:

• Select products, put the product on the shelves, and optimize. Store operations and maintenance. Operation experience on temu, shein full care or half care store (also Amazon/Ebay/Lazada/Shopee or other E-commerce Platforms). Prioritize hiring people who are expert with image and video editing

• Monitor competitors and opponents; Regularly collect and analyse market data;

• Identify the customer population and refine the product selling point. Develop a marketing strategy.Priority is given to recruiting people who have the ability to select products in the cross-border e-commerce industry

• Statistical sales data, inventory data, and specify a reasonable replenishment plan.

• Accounting for product profits, making a reasonable price, and increasing sales

• Connect with the platform investment manager to keep abreast of the platform`s latest investment needs.

• Assisting in the formulation of performance objectives and operational plans

Wages: 15000~35000 BDT per month. Negotiable. Probation Period 3 months.
