Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our E-commerce Business in Bangladesh.
∎ Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambitious start-up kind of environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.
∎ Responsible for managing a dynamic team and lead the E-commerce Business doing Business planning.
∎ Driving the strategy for a high-growth Initiative.
∎ Analyzing, measuring, and reporting impact.
∎ Collaborating with internal and external teams.
∎ Identify opportunities by staying up to date with new technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Content strategy and development.
∎ Promotional campaigns and online sales growth strategy.
∎ Identify and reduce internal processes or system inefficiencies.
∎ Identify, track, and report on all initiatives.
∎ Business Operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
∎ Prior experience implementing a new initiative in a product-driven E-commerce company
∎ Strong exposure to digital marketing strongly preferred
∎ Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. Consulting experience is a plus
∎ Willing to dig in and do what it takes to make sure the business succeeds
∎ Excellent quantitative skills and aptitude
∎ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
∎ Humble and effective cross-functional team player
