Job Responsibilities:
∎ Needs to be dynamic, is an expert in online sales, Digital Marketing and Deal with clients.
∎ Need to sale goods over digital media.
∎ Having good knowledge on SEO, PPC campaign setting, Adwords, Facebook ad, re-marketing specialist.
∎ Implementing and managing the social media marketing strategy and focusing on platforms that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo, SlideShare etc.)
∎ Conducting research on products, services, locations and target market then run and manage online ads on given budget accordingly.
∎ Create engaging social content tailored to each channel to help acquire and retain customers
∎ Respond/reply to the queries posted on the social platforms
∎ Manage and create blog content
∎ Upload/update products, write product description/content for the e-commerce portals.
∎ Creating marketing campaigns for products, services and events.
∎ Making analysis report for each ad metrics on a daily basis and improve ads accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 1 year of related work experience
∎ Must have core marketing skills.
∎ Must have analytical skills.
∎ Candidates with the knowledge of Google Analytics or Facebook Ad Analytics would get preference.
∎ Must be a quick learner.
∎ Must have an exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, time management skills and detail-oriented.
∎ Must have solid problem-solving skills to identify multiple approaches for creating a solution and/or identifying when something could be resolved more effectively
∎ Must be an advanced user of different social media platforms.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on social media trends.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge in online marketing and advertising.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office suite.
∎ Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ 6 months -1-year experience on working with social media marketing, content creation, online brand marketing experience
∎ Experience on using Graphic Design Software [Canva or any such] is a plus
∎ Experience on White-hat SEO practices is a plus
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
