Position: Dyehouse Manager-Apparel & Non-Apparel
Department: Dyehouse
Work Location: Gazipur
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control service levels and overall operations of the Dyehouse department
Oversee day-to-day technical activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and teamwork
Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues to maintain production continuity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization in line with Coats best practices
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Develop, lead, and motivate the Dyehouse team through effective performance management and succession planning
