Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate /Post Graduate in Agricultural Engineer / Mechanical Engineer from any reputed Public / Private University. B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineer with MBA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Sales & Achievement Plan and Target in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Report to the Management on Sales & Achievement Forecast of quarterly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Analyze national market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth.
∎ Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers
∎ Evaluate performance of Sales team and provide appropriate feedback
∎ Directly and indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area sales leaders, service engineers and recovery officers.
∎ Develop market for Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper) and other Agricultural Equipment; increasing sales within the defined Division/ Region/Area/Territory.
∎ Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Engagement with Govt. and Non-Govt. Agricultural Wings particularly DAE & BRRI etc.
∎ Establish proper monitoring system of the field-force under your supervision.
∎ Oversee Sales and promotional activities to achieve the goals.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: Around 35 year(s) (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing & Sales of Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper) and other Agricultural
∎ Equipment.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.

Salary: Negotiable
