Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proving security at building entrances by checking IDs and permits all individuals entering the Club as per rules and policy guidelines.
∎ Maintaining order in the Club by enforcing rules and regulation regarding noise levels, pets, unruly behaviors and other infractions.
∎ Give direction and keep as eye out for suspicious activities in and around Club premises.
∎ Provide security and courtesy service such as opening and closing doors, operating elevators etc.
∎ Screening visitor as per Club rules before allowing them access to the Club premises.
∎ Directing visitors to appropriate destination within the Club premises.
∎ To deal with aggressive behavior or noncompliance with Club rules.
∎ Interacting with residents and guests, answering questions about Club rules and regulation and handling emergencies such as fires or medical calls.
∎ Operating security equipment's such scanner, CCTV etc.
∎ Work in co-ordination with Security Manager of the Club and other Doorman.
∎ Providing concierge services to resident's such as arranging reservation at restaurants or entertainment venues.
∎ Keep the entrance clean, free from obstruction and safe for use by the Members and Guest.
∎ Accepting and signing packages on behalf of the Club authority.
∎ Act as a bouncer as and when needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
∎ Have excellent customer service skills attention to detail and physical stamina.
∎ Can identify potential danger and are experience in self-defense, first aid and emergency response.
∎ Overall confidence to handle clients.
∎ Must have a pleasant & positive personality.
∎ Able to work morning, evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts.
∎ Well build body structure and height 5'-10" and above will be given preference.
∎ Retired Armed Forces/ Police Person will get priority over others.
∎ Be courteous, helpful and trustworthy person.
∎ Friendly, safety conscious and assertive.
