Education:
∎ M.Sc in Development Studies / Social Sciences / International Relations / Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management / Climate Change and Development and any other relevant subjects and experiences.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Training development and conducting skill.
∎ Familiar with kobo data collection process.
∎ Skilled at Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism - Good report writing Ability- Presentation skills, Computer skills, etc.
∎ Understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues relating to water, sanitation, and hygiene education in developing countries.
∎ Facilitation and strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Excellent writing and presentation skill in English
∎ High level of pro-activeness and creativity, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
∎ Able to plan and priorities tasks, competent to solve problems, promote integrity and aptitude to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Experience of working nationally/internationally in humanitarian programs focusing on WASH, preferably on UN humanitarian response.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to meet and deliver deadlines and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Develop Information Education and Communication & Social Behavioral Change Communication materials on relevant project themes.
∎ Proven expertise in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contribute to ensure successful implementation and effective management of the project activities. Make field visits for conducting M&E activities and develop the report. Develop successful methodologies, describe, and solve problems in collaboration with staff. Prepare the project monthly, quarterly and completion report along with project best practice following reporting template. Assist in piloting interventions, research etc. and share best practice/disseminate learning and contribute to knowledge management of the organization. Develop relevant operational and educational modules of WASH interventions. Support programs and projects planning, budgeting, developing, and implementing in line with NGO Forum’s mission, vision, values, and principles. Establish and maintain relationships with Government sector partners and donors. Represent NGO Forum for Public Health in relevant meetings and events.
